What are your shipping rates?
Shipping investments are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. We extend complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding our threshold.
When will I receive my order?
White-glove order processing requires 2-4 business days. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation containing a tracking reference to monitor your delivery in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Sansplay's return policy?
Sansplay is dedicated to your absolute satisfaction. Please review our acquisition and return guidelines carefully:
We accept returns exclusively for unworn items complete with original tags and intact garment packaging featuring the SKU label.
We do not process direct exchanges. Should you require an alternative size or style, please return the original piece and place a new order.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order (the return window commences on the day tracking registers delivery).
Approved returns must be dispatched back to us within 7 days of the return request submission to qualify for a full refund.
For orders with split shipments, the return window begins upon delivery of the final package.
Orders returned outside of these criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless the return stems from a fulfillment error or a compromised item.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned package for inspection and processing.
You will receive a formal email notification once your return has been finalized.
Orders containing 15 or more overseas items (within the same shipping window) are shipped via expedited direct channels, reducing transit times by 2-3 business days.
